The strength of a Company in any service industry, particularly in the provision of forwarding and logistics services, can be measured in its ability to retain existing customers. No Company wants to seek out new suppliers for each transportation order. A Company will turn to a supplier which previously provided excellent service and which proved to be reliable in carrying out their requirements.
